Agreement
By booking Neatliving Pro you agree to these terms for residential cleaning services performed in Bangladesh.
Services
We provide home cleaning as described in your confirmed plan. Results depend on home condition, access, and time booked. Cleaning is not renovation, pest control, or mold remediation unless separately agreed.
Access and safety
You provide safe access, water, and electricity as needed. Please secure valuables and inform us of fragile items. We may pause work if conditions are unsafe.
Payments and cancellations
Fees are confirmed before service. Late cancellations may incur a fee if a crew is already dispatched. Recurring plans renew until you cancel under the notice rules shared at signup.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability related to a visit is limited to fees paid for that visit, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
